What Free Shipping Covers
Standard US delivery is free on the three and six bottle packages. On the two bottle package it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so the figure you see is the figure you are charged.
Free means free. No handling fee appears later and nothing further shows on the statement.
Tracking
The number is emailed at dispatch and can take up to twenty-four hours to become live on the carrier site. That delay is normal. Three working days of a stationary tracking page is the point at which chasing it is reasonable.
If tracking stalls. Contact the checkout that took your order, with the order number ready. The account with the carrier is theirs, so a trace has to start there. Write to [email protected] if you are unsure which route that is.
When Something Goes Wrong With The Parcel
Wrong address. Write immediately. Before dispatch it is usually a quick fix; afterwards the parcel has to complete its journey and be returned before anything can be redirected.
Damaged in transit. Photograph the box and the bottles before unpacking any further. A photograph turns a replacement into a short conversation.
Short shipment. Count the bottles against the confirmation email and get in touch the same day. These are picking errors and they resolve quickly.
Outside The United States
Availability varies by country and appears at checkout once an address is entered. Where international delivery is offered, duty and local tax are the recipient's responsibility, transit is longer and less predictable, and the sixty day window still runs from the date of payment rather than from delivery.
Delivery Questions
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Parcels are plain and nothing printed on the outside describes what is inside. Your statement shows the checkout processor's descriptor.
Can I change an order after paying?
Contact the checkout immediately. While it is still sitting unpicked most edits go through; after the carrier scan it has to complete the journey.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Generally yes on standard delivery, though it depends which carrier serves your address. The checkout confirms it when you enter the address.
When do the guides arrive?
After checkout, by email, on the three and six bottle packages. Nothing about them is tied to the parcel.
Does the sixty days start at delivery?
No, at payment. The policy page says the same.
